Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using this platform (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service, and you must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where the Service is prohibited.

2. What the Service is

The Service is a software interface for creating tokens, interacting with bonding-curve smart contracts, and swapping tokens through third-party liquidity venues (including the 0x Swap API, Jupiter, and Uniswap).

The Service is self-custodial: you alone control your wallets and keys. The Service never takes custody of your funds, except for wallets you explicitly choose to create through the hosted wallet feature, for which you receive the recovery phrase.

3. No financial advice; no guarantee

Nothing on the Service is investment, legal, accounting or tax advice. Token prices on bonding curves and AMMs are volatile and may go to zero.

We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or performance of any on-chain contract, liquidity venue, API provider, or blockchain network.

4. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the security of your devices, wallets, private keys and recovery phrases. We cannot recover lost keys or funds.

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including tax and securities regulations, in connection with your use of the Service.

You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including market manipulation, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or the sale of prohibited assets.

5. Tokens created on the platform

Creators are solely responsible for the tokens they create and any promises they make about them. Listing a token on the Service is not an endorsement.

We may hide, delist, or moderate tokens that violate these Terms or applicable law.

6. Token launches, bonding curves and graduation

Launching a token deploys a real token contract on the chain you select (EVM chains including Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum One, BNB Chain, Polygon, Optimism, Avalanche, Celo, Linea, Monad, Robinhood Chain, Unichain, World Chain and Zora, or Solana). You pay the network's gas or transaction fee; launched contracts are immutable and cannot be deleted.

While a token trades on its bonding curve, its price is determined by the curve's reserve math, not by the platform. When enough native currency has been committed, the curve reaches its graduation threshold and the remaining liquidity is moved into a third-party automated market maker — Uniswap v4 on supported EVM chains, or a Solana AMM — as a protocol-owned position. Trading after graduation happens against that venue's pool.

Graduation timing, the price at graduation, and post-graduation liquidity are not guaranteed. A curve that never reaches its threshold never graduates.

7. Fees

The Service charges a trading fee on bonding-curve buys and sells, an integrator fee on swaps routed through third-party aggregators, and an optional launch fee on token creation — each as displayed in the interface before you confirm.

Trading fees are split between the token creator and the platform according to the creator/platform split shown in the interface. Creator fees accrue on-chain and are claimable by the creator's wallet; platform fees accrue to the platform's published fee wallet. Fees may change with notice in the interface.

Fee percentages, destinations and bonding-curve parameters are configuration values that platform administrators may update, and which are readable on-chain and in the Admin panel.

8. Suspension and emergency controls

Platform administrators may pause token creation, trading or graduation, hide a token from discovery, or disable a chain when a contract, indexer or RPC provider is unsafe or unavailable. Pausing does not seize your tokens or funds.

Because the platform is non-custodial, pausing the platform cannot stop you interacting with a deployed contract directly; it also means the platform cannot reverse a trade you already made.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (including blockchain RPC providers, Uniswap v4, 0x, Jupiter, Solana AMM venues, DexScreener, GeckoTerminal, PumpPortal and Supabase). Their terms apply to their portions of the Service, and outages or changes on their side are outside our control.

Market data, prices and pool statistics shown in the interface are sourced from those providers and are provided for information only; they may be delayed or wrong.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of funds, profits, or data arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes and governing terms

We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. These Terms are supplemented by our Risk Disclaimer, Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, which are also available in the footer.
